Make room for receipt of the cabin
Review the dimensions and access route before making arrangements for a large item. Keep component identification and protective packing until the selection has been checked. Delivery is $199.00 below $3,500 in merchandise and included at $3,500 or above, assessed before any welcome reduction. An order reference alone should not be used to schedule installation work.
A return needs a considered plan
Identify the cabin or accessory, its condition and the order reference when starting a return enquiry. Timber panels, glazing and loose components need appropriate protection and instructions for the specific item. Do not dismantle or send a cabin to an assumed address; return arrangements and actual dispatch information are separate from the original selection summary.
